So, I don’t know how new this is, but while I was browsing the internet today I stumbled upon something kinda of awesome…
It’s called a Dash Button.
Basically, it’s a small wifi device that will order a product for you at the push of a button. The button itself is $4.99 but the cool thing is that Amazon will credit that amount towards your first purchase (your first button push).
There are a lot of different products to choose from ranging from diapers to cleaning supplies to personal products and even some food and drinks.
I decided to give it a try and ordered one for Arm and Hammer kitty litter. I have 3 cats and clean litter boxes daily. I never know when I’m going to run out of the stuff.
So, when I see that I am running low on litter, I can press a button and it will order it automatically for me. Now. I’m just going to test it out, because what I’ve read so far says there are a few different litters and sizes I can choose from, but I won’t know until I receive it in the mail. It’s supposed to come with instructions on how to set it up, so I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.
I’m pretty sure I won’t use it every time I need litter because it’s probably cheaper to buy it at the store, but sometimes it might be nice for it to show up on my doorstep. If only I had kids in diapers! That would be amazing…
Oh and it also only lets you push it once in between orders. Just in case you have little kids that might think button pushing is fun.
Now to think about where I can put it in my house!
